The Minister of Presidency and Public Administration, María Pedro Reverte, and Mayor White, Rafael Laorden, today laid the foundation stone of new building of the Centro Integral Security of the municipality, which will house the staff of Local Police and Civil Protection units of the Peace Court.
This new infrastructure has an operating budget of 743,604 euros, of which the Autonomous Community, through the local Basic Infrastructure Plan, provides more than fifty percent of the total, 446,162 euros.
The new building is built on a municipal site and have a total built area of 814 square meters distributed in basement for parking and storage, and two plants, which will be distributed offices, Armorer, kitchen, customer service area, living room Sleep and others.
The period of execution of the work is twelve months, so that next summer is scheduled to become operational "integrating all security services offered by the municipality," said Reves said, adding that this action also improve the services provided to citizens, and allow the staff of the local police recently increased thanks to the Regional Public Safety Plan, develop its work on terms more appropriate.
Blanca Local Police has 16 officers, ten of them members of the Public Safety Unit of the Regional Plan, which has also endowed the municipality of a patrol car.
