The regional government has authorized the signing of an agreement between the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration and the White by the City Council that the municipality will receive 100,000 euros to complete the construction works of a new occupational center for people with disabilities in this municipality.
This agreement is the third grant awarded by the regional government to the City of White for this purpose because, to date, the regional government has pledged a total of 314,446 euros for the construction of this facility, which must be added the 100,000 euros will be invested this year.
The new facility, located in the town of White Street, will serve 30 users with intellectual disabilities aged 18 to 55 years, who were given personal attention designed to give training to foster their social integration and employment .
