A new year for the craft market.
The painter of Blanca, Pedro Cano, has been commissioned to inaugurate the first edition of this traditional market, where the town of White artisans display their best products.
With this, there are now eight different editions, coinciding with the last Sunday of the month.
The painter with more prestige and recognition of the town of Blanca, Pedro Cano, was responsible for cutting the ribbon to inaugurate the da eighth edition of the handicraft market is held the last Sunday in the town of La Vega del Segura.
The merchants and craftsmen of the town begin another year, this journey, with the hope and the hope to continue to grow in importance and number of visitors.
This initiative came about through the Department of Commerce of the Consistory of Blanca, to organize an event to promote local crafts and small businesses boost from Blanca.
During the fair, the painter of Blanca reviewed with the town's citizens and commercial craft tradition in the municipality.
Once opened the event, the artist tasted chocolate donuts along with other visitors.
Among other products, visitors can buy carpets of straw, pottery, clothing, books, land sausages, frying pans, dolls, cheese, homemade pastries, and a myriad of objects all made using traditional methods.
Some of the products displayed were not put on sale because of its historical or personal.
As it has done, was raffled off a check for one hundred euros.
The White Tourist Office offered to anyone who requested it, a tourist guide to discover the most beautiful and emblematic of the municipality.
