The town of Blanca is ten years since the Italian twin-Sabazia Anguillara.

The event was also attended by municipal authorities and members of cultural and youth associations of the people who gave gifts to the Italian delegation.
The painter Pedro Cano, one of the great architects of this project, gave a sheet to all attendees of the theater.
