The councilors of Social Affairs and Health of the City of White met this morning with the managing director of the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), Miguel Angel Miranda who has confirmed the mayors, Soledad Rios and Francisco Javier Rodriguez, intended to continue with the agreement of the Residence and Day Centre Virgen de los Dolores.
Miralles is committed to continue to extend the agreement and keeping the same seats both in Residence and Day Centre. It has also opened up the possibility, for next year, to request an extension of places that depend on approval expenditure ceiling from the region.
Currently, the residence has 39 seats while the Day Center is 35.
The councilors have used the meeting to request information in order to conduct workshops for people with mental disabilities, with the aim of "social inclusion"
