The Councillor for Culture, Esther Horton, inaugurated this morning the II Hall Children's Book of Blanca collected under the title "We are over the moon '.
The ceremony started at the Victoria Theatre, with the opening of the Hall by the writer, Pedro Villar, who has interacted with the students of the schools in the municipality, involving them actively reciting poems and tongue twisters.
The blanqueño theater, elementary students have moved to the Municipal Exhibition Hall which houses the Hall Children's Book with illustrations by Carme Solé, National Illustration Award 2013, and a library consisting of more than 900 books from 40 publishers different, all under the theme of Living "We are over the moon '.
This initiative is part of the project 'Blanca, Villa del Libro' organized by the Department of Culture by the General Council of Children's and Youth, Madrid, supported by the regional program Leader.
The Hall will remain in the Exhibition Hall until April 25.
Throughout the week workshops activation of reading with writers, Luis Leante and Marisa López Soria, and illustrator Paul Jury will be made.
