Newly appointed by the Popular Party candidate to access the Presidency of the Regional Government, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, will come tomorrow at Blanca Pedro Cano Foundation to collect the Villa del Toro Award in recognition of his support in the recovery of bullfights day Region of Murcia
The Feria del Toro Villa Blanca held on the evening of Friday, March 6, delivering the "Villa del Toro III Awards" organized by the City of White in collaboration with the A Porta Gayola Cultural Association.
Among the winners is the candidate for President of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, who will receive one of the awards given by the jury of bullfighting critics.
The other winners are the bullfighting entrepreneur, Antonio Soler, the retired matador bull, Pepe Castillo, and subordinates Mellinas Pascual and José Mora.
The jury also agreed to grant a Special Mention to the farmer Pedro Merenciano, who died last season.
Meanwhile, the city council will deliver the Villa del Toro National Award Castilla La Mancha Television for its wide program dedicated to bullfighting and dissemination thereof by retransmitting bullfighting events.
The awards, to be presented by Guillermo Lorente, will take place in Pedro Cano Foundation at 21 am and will end with a Recital Flamenco by Francisco Severo, singing, and Pablo Barrionuevo, on guitar.
