The City of White is already taking the necessary measures to fight against mosquitoes.
They have already begun fumigation treatments of the village streets and parks located along the banks of the River Segura.
The Councillor for the Environment, New Technologies and Training of City of White, Carlos Ruiz, announced that is already underway treatments to combat the plague of mosquitoes.
"This is the third week that the team of local technicians are spraying the parks and streets of the town. Such interventions will take place every week throughout the summer" has said Ruiz.
According to Ruiz, as was the case in past years, the treatments are performed by City staff so that "the cost is lower and the treatments are more controlled newspapers"
The actions are designed to prevent the growth of larvae and control the insect population without harming the environment of the village.
Among the interventions that have been carried out and will continue on a regular basis is the cleaning rods located on the banks of river "these being a source of mosquito production" blanqueño assured the mayor.
