A total of fifteen young Blanca practices begin next week at City Hall and the Residential Care Our Lady of Sorrows thanks to paid training contract the council has done in collaboration with IES Valle del Segura.
The new municipal employees are from the intermediate level 'Driving Sports Physical in the wild' belonging to DUAL Vocational Training where students receive training in simultaneous and parallel to the company and the training center.
The scholarship has a duration of 890 hours which aims to train students within companies from the beginning of their studies.
Through this initiative, young people of Blanca may exercise what they learned in the classroom in a real production environment.
"That should be your satisfaction, like ours, knowing that your labor will be evident in the town" has ensured Rafael Laorden, Mayor White, in the presentation that took place this morning in the hall of the city council .
The director of IES Valle del Segura has appreciated the cooperation of the City to make possible the training contract and highlighted the good work of students teaching materials exceeding 80 percent.
