Mayor White, Rafael Laorden exhibition opened last night 'Alma, wind and suffering' of painter Manuel Lopez ciezano to house the Museum and Interpretation Centre of Light and Water throughout the month of November.

The mayor blanqueño was proud that the museum could hold more than thirty paintings of this artist that pervades each work with a very personal and intimate "inviting the viewer to participate in the interpretation of the painting" Laorden added.
