The Governing Council has given the green light to the extension of the agreement with the City of White for the maintenance of 35 seats for elderly people at the day center of the town.

The agreement between the municipality and the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, through the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), includes funding for this resource until 2015, for a total of 558 600 euros.

The aim is to ensure care for dependent older people requiring a comprehensive service to perform daily activities and that for various reasons can not receive in their socio-familiar.
