The Mayor of the City of White, Rafael Laorden, received a visit from the director of the Museum Nelimarkka villa in Alajärvi (Finland), and other cultural complex responsible for the signing of a collaboration agreement for exchange of artists living between Nelimarkka Black Center and Museum.

This initiative has been undertaken by the Department of Culture in collaboration with AADK platform, responsible for the activities and the artistic program of the Center Negra.
