The Local Board of the Spanish Association Against Cancer celebrated the tenth week 'White for Life', in which events are scheduled to raise funds for research into the disease.
On Saturday, November 10, beginning acts with inaugural gala hosted by the Victoria Theatre, which is named the godmother of the year.
Educational talks, theater and musical performances, running walker, dances and a flea market will benefit some of the events taking place in White to Sunday 18.
'White for Life' Ten years of fighting, without interruption, cancer.
The municipality receives from 10 to 18 November the tenth week of fighting cancer which has been held the White from 10 years ago, and where the whole town turns on acts involving the Local program to raise funds for the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
The events begin on Saturday, November 10, at 20 am at the Victoria Theatre, with the opening gala where Maria Trinidad Carrasco appointed as godmother of the Week and will be accompanied by a clarinet quartet of the musical group of Blanca.
In the tenth Blanca for life, not lack those acts which have taken place since its inception, such as charity flea market, Sunday 11 at 11 am, preceded by a march hiker who will start at 10.30 am from the Square Streetlight.
Healthy breakfasts at the weekly market is another traditional event taking place this week on Thursday 15.
The Victoria Theatre will play a leading role in holding two plays, by 'the bold' (day 11 to 20 hours) and group 'First Row, please!'
(Day 18 to 20 hours), and the show 'Dancing through life', with the participation of the municipality dance groups (day 16 to 20 hours).
The educational talks and beauty courses are also acts that have been applied for ten years ago because of the fight against cancer, so that citizens understand the disease.
In this regard, 13 and 14, at 16.30, there will be a beauty session, and on the 15th, at 20 am, the MUCAB host a talk given by Juan Jose Valverde, section chief of Medical Service Medical Oncology, Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca of Murcia.
