The Municipal Exhibition Hall hosted last night's opening of the exhibition 'Corners of a valley.'
An exhibition of oil paintings where the painter Raul Box reflects their particular view of the surroundings of the town, with nearly 50 paintings permeated by an intense light that reflects the diversity of colors of the landscape blanqueño.
Mayor White and Councilwoman Rafael Laorden Culture, Esther Horton, attended the opening of the exhibition organized by the Department of Culture, and will remain open until 29 April.
The Municipal Exhibition Hall last night welcomed the opening of the exhibition 'Corners of a valley, an exhibition of oil paintings that Raul Box, self-taught painter blanqueño, devoted entirely to the landscape of the municipality of Vega del Segura.
Mayor White, Rafael Laorden, and the councilman of Culture, Esther Horton, attended the event which inaugurated the exhibition which will run until April 29.
The exhibition, organized by the Department of Culture, consists of nearly fifty paintings in which the painter blanqueño reflects his personal vision of landscape lso Blanca, as highlighted by the author "are predominantly light frames and characteristic colors of the landscape of White, its gardens, its old houses, its river and its artistic monuments. "
The exhibition, organized by the Department of Culture, opens on Saturday, March 31, at 21 hours and remain in the room blanqueña until 29 April.
In his paintings, Box highlights the most characteristic elements of the landscape blanqueño such as palm trees, the garden or the mountain, through a brief tour of the characteristic colors that permeate the earth blanqueña.
