The Business Incubator MUCAB starts with the launch of three companies.
This morning, Mayor White, Rafael Laorden, and representatives of companies that begin their journey into the MUCAB, have signed contracts with those who occupy the offices of the Business Incubator of the municipality, which establishes a maximum period of stay of two years from the signing of the contract.
This period may be extended in exceptional cases.
"When a risk to the continuity and survival of firms and consequently the employment generated by it, the governing body of the City of White may authorize an extension of the stipulated maximum period of one year," said Mayor White Rafael Laorden.
The various organizations that will be installed in the multipurpose building are Ruralmur White, a rural tourism business and sales of handicrafts, the Center for the Study of White, a teaching academy, and The Valley Limonar, a direct seller fruit products in the locality.
The Business Incubator of the municipality is projected as a physical structure or temporary shelter space designed to locate businesses in their first steps on the market, accompany and provide certain services tailored to the needs of each business plan, so that " facilitate the development of germinal initiatives of interest to the socioeconomic environment of White "Laorden said, explaining that it is" a physical space, combined with the offer of local training, counseling and services, try to meet the basic needs of small and medium enterprises, thus improving their survival prospects. The premises comprise companies occupy an area of ​​approximately 15 to 20 square meters, equipped with furniture and lighting infrastructure provision, electricity, air conditioning, telephone and communication.
