The workers of the Ayuntamiento de Blanca, meeting in an assembly convened by CCOO and UGT, value very negatively the current situation of the negotiation of the Town Hall Agreement and denounce the loss of rights of public employees and the lack of adequate means to develop efficiently his work, as well as the lack of willingness to negotiate the current PP Government team presided by Esther Hortelano demanding it to open a real negotiation.
As it is argued in the ATTACHED COMMUNIQUE, in 2011 the negotiations with the previous Corporation (PP majority) that were very advanced started and with the current one an agreement was closed in 2016 with the previous Government Team chaired by Pedro Luis Molina PSOE - that, surprisingly, was rejected by the Plenary with the votes against PP and Podemos and the abstention of Citizens.
After the motion of censure presented by PP and Podemos and with the new PP government team, the negotiations were resumed in order to save the problems that had been put by these groups in the Plenary.
Far from moving forward we are suffering a paralysis of the negotiations that is causing a deep discomfort in the staff and is aggravating all the previous problems which is detrimental not only to the workers but also to the services that the citizens of Blanca are entitled to receive in the best possible conditions.
The workers demand that a real negotiation process be opened and the agreement be updated before the approval of the 2018 Budgets.
