This morning, the Antonio Molina González and La Milagrosa schools received a workshop on Healthy Eating and Sustainable Agriculture, collected under the title 'Learn playing and experimenting' taught by the Cajamar Caja Rural Foundation, in collaboration with the municipality of Blanca, in the Miguel A. Abenza Cultural Center.
The students of the educational centers have made the workshop included in the informative program S3, developed by Cajamar for the dissemination of healthy eating habits and healthy life with the aim of contributing to the wellbeing of citizens.
The workshop consisted of two parts, one theoretical and the other more practical, in which activities were carried out to recognize allied foods for health, their properties and benefits;
learn to combine healthy foods in a fun way to improve our daily menus;
get fruits and vegetables like the little ones;
know what foods are powerful allies to age with quality of life;
understand what everyday practices that we believe are good are harmful to our health;
or know how it will be sustainable to cook and eat healthy in the year 2030.
