The White Bullfighting Circle has programmed, together with the municipality of Blanca, a series of activities included in the Cultural Days that will host the Pedro Cano Foundation on November 17, 18 and 25.
The events, which will begin this Friday, day 17, with a conference on bulls and art whose speakers will be the painters Luis J. Fernández and Nicolás de Maya, will be at the Pedro Cano Foundation at 6.30 pm.
The next day, on Saturday 18, there will be a talk on the role of women in bullfighting where the mayor of Blanca, Esther Hortelano, will intervene with the bullfighter and bullfighting designer, Verónica Rodríguez, and the sculptor, Mar Blázquez.
The table will be moderated by the writer and bullfighting critic María José Barrera, daughter of bullfighter Pedro Barrera.
On Saturday 25 will end the days with the presentation of trophies to the winners of the Bullfighting Fair of Blanca 2017 that will feature the presence of Rafa Serna, Triumph of the Fair;
Antonio Sainero, breeder of Guadalmena, who will collect the award for Best Livestock;
and Mario Hidalgo, bullfighting businessman.
The journalist editor of cultoro.com and the Clarín program of RNE, Emilio Trigo, will lead the event.
