On the afternoon of Wednesday blanqueño painter Pedro Cano was honored in White, by awarding the gold medal of the Region of Murcia.
The municipal council was responsible for carrying out this act before them the mayor, Pedro Luis Molina Cano was.

It took place at the Casa del Conde and collects a photographic exhibition of 30 photographs of personal and artistic life of the painter, accompanied by 17 texts written by 20 people close to the artist.
The event was led by the art critic, Pedro Lopez Morales and curator of the exhibition.
Also highlight the role played by the painter brothers, Pepe and Jesus when carrying out the realization of this tribute.
The event was enlivened by the group of saxophones of the musical group from White.
The exhibition is open until 31 August.
