The neighborhood of El Alto Palomo Blanca celebrates its festivities in honor of San Pedro.
The festive program was presented this morning by Mayor White, Pedro Luis Molina, which joins the already traditional contests gachasmigas and popular race, a foam party and a karaoke contest.
The activities begin on Friday 24th, with traditional and Indent Gachasmigas contest.
Saturday 25 will acts with the celebration of the eighth edition of the popular race '10 Fiestas de San Pedro Kilometers' organized by the Department of Sports and Athletic Club Villa Blanca, and where participation is expected to more than two hundred runners .
Younger guests will also participate in the race which will lower its average output hour before the absolute place that will have as start and end the Museum and Interpretation Centre of Light and Water.
Departure at 20 hours.
After the race there will be the Feast of the foam to be followed by a karaoke contest with prizes of 50 euros for the winner and 30 euros for the second.
The competition is expected to start at 23.30 and will be enlivened by the musical group Watercolor.
On Wednesday 29, the feast of St. Peter, the day will begin at 7 pm with the arrangement of inflatables for the smaller municipality, provided by the Abraham Project Association.
At 20.30 hours the procession of San Pedro which will pass through the main streets of the neighborhood accompanied the musical group from White will offer a concert that will end the celebrations of the Alto del Palomo be held.
