| To finance the payment of the improvements in the Municipal Football Field | The act of signing the agreement took place at the headquarters of the Football Federation of the Region of Murcia, between the mayor of Blanca, Pedro Luis Molina, and the president of the same, José Miguel Monje. With this signature culminate the efforts carried out by the mayor's office and the Department of Sports with the Football Federation of the Region of Murcia, the Spanish Football Federation and the Superior Sports Council, for which the Blanca City Council will receive a subsidy of € 100,000 destined to finance the payment of the artificial turf installation works at the Blanca Soccer Field. In turn, the City Council of Blanca grants generic authorization for the use of the facilities of the football field that is the object of the works described in this agreement, for the sports needs of the Federation, provided that such use is compatible with the proper conservation of the field and adjust to the maintenance deadlines indicated by the municipal managers.
The generic authorization of use will be valid for 25 years. "We are in luck because it is a considerable amount of money that is very necessary for the municipal coffers, with which to be able to finance the improvement of the facilities of the Leonardo Murcia Ibáñez Football Field, and not have to use municipal money that we can use for other needs of the people ", declared the mayor of Blanca at the end of the signing of the agreement.
