Before the imminent call for the presentation of requests to participate in the 2020 County Councils and the problems foreseen in the physical presentation in the authorized records motivated by the restrictions provided by the regulations for the containment of COVID-19, the city of Blanca will assign a technician, when the application process is opened, to collaborate with the workers in completing the Application Annexes and family charges, so that they can be signed by the appropriate party, carrying out a subsequent scan of the documentation and collaborating in complying with the “ SEF paperwork form ”.The “SEF paperwork form” is a new proposal as an alternative measure to the physical presence in the different registries.
The Form would be the “virtual SEF office”, where the user indicates his personal and contact information and attaches the documentation to present at the office:-Annex I, request to participate.-Annex II, list of family responsibilities.The submission of the documentation by the Form is not considered as a record, but the user obtains an identification number from the Form that is used for subsequent checks and to give security to the administrator.
The SEF office proceeds, immediately, to the corresponding entry of the application on the registration platform, returning through the Form itself justify the number assigned in the application.Once the documentation has been received and duly registered, the process continues as in previous years, that is, with the mechanization of the data included in the application in the computer application for processing County Councils.Furthermore, as every year, there is still the possibility of filling out the application documents for any interested party and presenting them at the Single Window, and also requesting an appointment to go to the SEF offices.
