The general director of Sports, Francisco Sánchez, participated today in the launch of the first healthy urban itinerary of the Las Cuevas de Blanca park, which seeks to encourage the practice of physical activity among the residents of the municipality.
To develop this action, the regional government awarded the City Council a subsidy of 7,300 euros.
"With this initiative we intend to promote a more active and healthy society, promote a more active life model and reduce sedentary lifestyle," said Sánchez.
The CEO explained that with the network of healthy urban itineraries, "We want all citizens have the opportunity to perform physical activity, linking leisure and health", so he encouraged residents to enjoy these itineraries, "besides it help improve fitness, allow you to enjoy nature," he said.
