Yesterday the posters of the encierros and the bullfighting fair of Blanca were unveiled, in an act that hosted the Miguel A. Fernández Abenza Cultural Center that had the presence of the Mayor of the municipality, Pedro Luis Molina, who discovered both posters.
The poster announcing the Encierros de Blanca, declared of Regional Tourist Interest, is a photograph of Frutos Molina from Blanca, which reflects the moment of emotion that is experienced by the spectators while the cattle make their way on Concepción Street.
This year, the municipality returns to recover the celebration of two running of the bulls that will take place on August 10 at 3 pm and on August 14 at 12 in the morning.
At the event, the poster of the Bullfighting Fair was also unveiled, which this year is a work by the Blanqueño painter, Daniel Cutillas.
Mario Gómez, manager of the bullfighting company Gerentoro 21st century, was in charge of announcing the festivities that will be part of the Blanqueña fair, which will have 3 bullfights and a contest of trimmers.
The first bullfight will be on the 11th, with the horns of José Luis Pereda for the El Galo and Fran Ferrer novilleros.
On day 14 and day 15 will be two mixed novilladas.
The 14th will have the number 1 rejoneador in the Mexican ranking, Cuauhtémoc Ayala, who will fight a copy of the cattle ranch Heirs of Juan Tassara.
The novilleros Javier Orozco and José Ruiz Muñoz, will do the same with the cattle of the Virgen María farm.
The one on the 15th will have Óscar Mota as a rejoneador, with another copy of the Juan Tassara's Heirs, while the bullfighters Alfredo Bernabeu and José Cabrera will fight the cattle of Saltillo.
All novilladas will be at 7 in the afternoon, while the rejoneadores contest, which will be on the 13th, will start at 8:00 p.m.
