The Secretary General of the Ministry of Employment, Universities, Business and Environment, Pilar Valero, and the Mayoress of Blanca, Esther Hortelano, visited today the fifteen unemployed participants in a program of the Community that will offer a year of training and work experience paid in gardening.
Specifically, these people will specialize in the installation and maintenance of gardens, with jobs that will benefit the parks and green areas of the municipality.
Participants are people who were registered as unemployed in the SEF, with an age between 25 and 54 years.
In a first phase, student-workers will receive theoretical training on the specialty for which they are trained, to later move to the practical part of the program, the longest.
The mixed programs are aimed at people who not only need work experience, but also qualification, and therefore offer a certificate of professionalism to the conclusion, since they increase the options of later accessing the labor market.
This program has a grant of 243,000 euros from the SEF.
