The councilman of Celebrations and Youth of the municipality of Blanca, Lucia Ato, has presented this morning, next to the group winner of last year 'There was once a circus', the program with the acts that will host the municipality for the celebration of Carnival 2019. The central act will be on Saturday, March 2 with the Carnival Parade-Contest that will run through the streets of the municipality from 6 in the afternoon.
The start and end of the tour will be the Plaza de la Iglesia and will go through the streets Painter Pedro Cano, Anguillara Sabazia, Avenida del Puente, Frutas de Levante, Plaza Victims of Terrorism, Gran Vía, Juan Ramón Jiménez, Cervantes, Nueva de Blanca, Gran Vía, Pedro Portillo and Mayor de Blanca.
Registration for the contest is open until Thursday, February 28 at 2 pm at the MUCAB reception.
Three categories have been established with three awards for each of them.
The category of Dance Schools will have a first prize of 200 euros, a second of 150 and the third will be endowed with 100 euros.
For the category of adults, the prizes will be 120, 75 and 50 euros, while for the children category they will be 70, 50 and 30 euros, respectively.
The acts will begin this Thursday, the 28th, with the traditional school parade in which the public school Antonio Molina González and the PAI de Blanca participate.
On Monday, March 4, there will be a party at the Ana María Matute Infant School, in the morning, and in the afternoon a parade in the neighborhood of the Estación de Blanca.
