The municipality of Blanca commemorates the 20th Anniversary of its Twinning with the Italian town of Anguillara Sabazia with a series of events including a time capsule that will be deposited in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
For this, the Department of Culture has placed an urn in the concierge Municipal Council, located in the MUCAB, so that interested citizens can introduce some memory of those 20 years of brotherhood with the citizens of Anguilla.
The ballot box will be open to the public until Thursday, August 10 at 2 in the afternoon.
That same day, and coinciding with the festivities, will take place the commemorative events that will begin with the presentation of the book 'History of the Twinning Anguillara Sabazia - White', made by Angel Rivers Martinez, Official Chronicler of the Villa de Blanca, who will give to the attendees with a copy of his book.
After this, a photographic exhibition will be inaugurated in the Municipal Exhibition Hall, with images that relate the 20 years of Twinning, at 8:00 p.m.
At 9:00 pm, the time capsule will be deposited in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, to continue the events at the Victoria Theater where the Musical Association of Blanca and the peñas huertanas 'El Ciecón' and 'La Capaza', will perform at the gala 20th Anniversary, at 10 pm
At the end of the ceremony, the audience will be given a sheet of the white painter, Pedro Cano.
