White Township starts counseling program for Culture Bibliomóvil.
The town has been the first to receive the shopping reading books transported Regional Library and the editorial Tres Fronteras.
The objective of this initiative is to encourage reading through open spaces such as parks, swimming pools and beaches, leaving the typical libraries or reading centers.
Mayor White, Rafael Laorden, has received the cart reading Bibliomóvil included in the program, from the Director General of Books, Archives and Libraries, Francisco Giménez.
The municipality of Vega del Segura thus becomes the first to have carts full of books that the Ministry of Culture will be spread across each locality in the region, to bring reading to pedestrians.

The objective of this initiative is to encourage reading and relocate, remove the books from the usual places for citizens who do not typically visit libraries.
"We want to make reading more informal and fun," Gimenez said.
