The municipality of Vega del Segura began last night the tenth week 'White for Life' in an opening ceremony hosted by the Victoria Theatre, where it was named as godmother of the week to the former president of the local board of the AECC in White, Mary Trinidad Carrasco.

Last night was held at the Victoria Theatre's gala opening of the tenth week 'White for life' with which the municipality raises funds on behalf of the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
In the opening ceremony, was named the godmother of the Week, which this year went to the figure of Maria Trinidad Carrasco, former chair of the Local Board and Executive Board member of the AECC, the Provincial Board of Murcia, on the work as head of the Association and be helpful to many people who have had this disease.
Monserrat Molina, president of the local board of the AECC White was responsible for putting the badge to the godmother, who gave a moving speech, reminding all who have worked for many years and altruistically to organize this week.
