Since 1999 the Municipal has been developing, together with the Autonomous Community of Murcia, these workshops in which, as he assured Mayor White, Rafael Laorden, began as an exclusive body painting and other disciplines have been incorporated arts such as photography, music and even gastronomy.

After the break last year, White returns to holding these workshops "to be a hallmark of our cultural project Negra1315-White 2012 and we hope that during these three days, White once again be a cultural reference" as the mayor has held blanqueño.

This thirteenth edition, one workshop will be taught by two artists while enjoying great prestige at present, such as Soledad Sevilla and Simon Zabell.

The workshop has been presented under the title 'exquisite landscape without body' which aims to bring the participating artists to landscape painting from the surrealist technique known as Exquisite Corpse.

This technique, performed on days 27, 28 and September 29 duration of the workshop, is a kind of literary game or a graphic that assemble a set of images or words, each created freely by each of the participants, calling the final set the exquisite corpse.

According to the Councillor for Culture, Esther Horton, the fifteen workshop participants will have an identical size canvas in which pictorially develop an assigned aspect of a particular part of the landscape, and the end result is the sum of all these paintings, including of teachers.

Enrollment limited to 15 places will be open until September 10 and will deliver it to the City of White along with updated resume and a portfolio of photographic work.
