The town has celebrated a year, week, White called for life, because of the fight against cancer.
This is a week of events that ended with a dinner at a restaurant in town, attended by more than two hundred people, and in which $ 3,000 was raised which will go to the fight against cancer.
White week for Life ended last night leaving a very good feeling between the local board of the Spanish Association Against Cancer, organizer of the week, and the city council.
The gala dinner was ending a week of solidarity that has been carried out for the eighth time and with very good results.
Both the board of the local association responsible AECC City Council welcomed the participation of the people who filled the conference rooms, healthy breakfast, streets and plazas of the municipality and the Victoria Theatre in the two galas that has received the same.
In the latter part of the city landmark, the Victoria Theatre, was not an empty seat.
First it was with the always emotional opening ceremony in which appointed matron of honor, which this year fell on Sister Dolores, director of the College made "La Milagrosa" who has become the benchmark for fighting this disease. Later he was the turn of the bold, representing the play "Go police" with professionalism and spark that characterizes them.
After this gala Victoria refilled their seats to celebrate the Dancing for Life gala in which the various dance groups in the municipality acted by setting up more than one occasion to the present.
