The council of Equality of the municipality of Blanca has organized a talk and a march to celebrate the International Day against Gender Violence.
The talk will be given by the director of Women, Alicia Barquero, who will speak on Monday, November 20 (19 hours, in the MUCAB) on the 'Resources and Care and Prevention of Gender Violence in the Region of Murcia'.
On Saturday the 25th, the day that the Day Against Gender Violence is celebrated at the World level, a march will take place that will cover the main streets of the municipality.
The departure will be at 4.30 pm, from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and will end at the Plaza de la Iglesia, where a manifesto will be read.
The march will have the participation of schools in the municipality that will carry some banners that have been made in recent weeks, a fact that "from the Department of Equality we value as it is essential to educate prevention from the grassroots" as stated Mª Carmen Ríos, Councilor for Equality.
